    ... Thai. After a few hours at this we got to taste everything that we had made. Our of the twelve dishes I liked at least 6 and the chicken fried rice that I personally made was my favourite. Kerry wolfed down everything and particularly enjoyed chicken with cashew nuts.

    Later that day we went to 'the strip' for dinner and Kerry ate even more Thai food and I was well of truly over it all and had Duck ...

    ... the best Phad Thai I've ever had, and the best Red Thai Curry. We ended up having three courses at the White Lotus restaurant for dinner. It was lovely, but i'd been up for 36 hours and just wanted the food to arrive so i could eat it and go to sleep. Today I want to book in a scuba trip on Phi Phi islands. Book in a ride the elephants through the jungle deal and a trip to see the Tiger Cave monks. They even have shooting (archery) here. So I might even shoot a few ...
