The location is great right near the memorial park and right next to the tram station that can take you anywhere really.
The room was huge and seemed like much more than a 3 stars hotel room should be.
The breakfast buffet is THE BEST thing about this hotel and is probably the best breakfast I had in any hotel ever.
The price is very attractive and very much worth this hotel!

Hiroshima - vanilla flavoured city
2/1/10 – on the way to Hiroshima.
Konichiwa – and we have been in Japan for 1 week already. We are currently in the Shin-Osaka train station and awaiting the shinkansen fast train to take us to Hiroshima.
Bill, once again, did a marvellous job of getting us safely from the hotel to the local subway and then onto Shin- …
I need sun!
So, I skipped a day of blogging, simply too much travel and an early night to get ready for today which is even more travel! In the hondo (prayer room) the air was quite thick with incense and after they chanted we got to walk up t each alter to say our own prayers and scatter some ash on the embers. I'm really glad I took part in it all. Straight after was a brilliant japanese breakfast, …
Oh deer oh deer
Aaaagh overslept again!! This time it was just past nine when the phone or something woke me up, but I'd said I'd meet Carli and her dad for a morning out in Hiroshima. Oh well, I still had a seafood miso soup (beware of the shells!) and an onigiri waiting for me, so I stepped out into yet more lovely sunshine and had brekkie on a bench by the …
Hiroshima and Miyajima
Hiroshima is probably my favorite city in Japan, and maybe in the world as well.
The people here have been through so much, but instead of becoming bitter, depressed or distant, the exact opposite happened. This is now the city of peace and love. Everyone is so nice and friendly! I've never met people like this anywhere else in the world.
