    ... River - and of Manhattan itself, the other islands in the vicinity and Brooklyn. The ferry stopped on the Brooklyn side under the bridge so we decided to get off to walk the bridge. It was something that Ang had earmarked to do anyway. We bought ice creams at the lighthouse and did the one way approximate half hour walk across it. It's well worth doing for the views and the walk. Also it's free. The walkway is above the motor vehicles. Back on the Manhattan side, Jolanta ...

    ... octopus, steak , two desserts and lovely wines. I was looking directly at the statue of liberty over Royce's shoulder, thanks to max and Ian for finding it ... They are going there for max's 60 th birthday. Beautiful. I can't really believe how fortunate I am to have this amazing experience . I have to keep pinching myself and take a moment . Royce is a great traveling companion on holidays and in life ..... Will keep you posted ...

He wasn't in the office, so John left a message for him.
