Wexford was a big town with a thriving Main Street, but it seemed to be more of a working town than a tourist town. The Philipsburg side of St. Maarten, where we docked, is the Dutch side and the fact I was able to buy stroopwaffles at the chocolate store was totally Dutch. Last year when I visited Amsterdam, I fell in love with this Dutch biscuit and frustratingly never could find it anywhere else.
