... This would definitely ensure just that extra little bounce in their step! Well… the kids did not need a second invitation. As one, they rushed up to the desk like a swarming herd of wildebeests in the Serengeti, or locusts devouring all in their path. Pretty soon the chocolates on the table had all gone with kids standing round munching happily. Now what could be better than that on Easter Morning? I ask you.

One thing I forgot to mention. WE had the dinghy tied to the foredeck through the handrails that run fore and aft on both sides of the coachhouse. The force of the wind actually lifted the dinghy, snapped one of the solid metal railing brackets in half and pulled a 2 ...
... an angry owner who went off his nut completely because his yacht was two weeks late getting back into the water. Ours was three weeks late already and all you had to do was look around to see the damage, disruption and havoc that Hurricane Gonzalo has caused. The abuse directed their way was really unbelievable in the circumstances and whilst it is pretty clear they are very disorganised at the moment you can hardly blame them.

... island that from the face of it seemed much like Fiji - bad infrastructure and potential for hassling, and this was also hurricane season! - but boy was I wrong, this island was amazing!!!
The apartment I was staying it wasn't that cheap, but then it came with a kitchen, free WiFi, a huge double bed, air-con, satellite TV, beach front access, great location and best of all - ...
