This is a class hotel location for visits to Barsa, airport bus leaves you 100 metres from hotel. Close by bars for food and drink. Central location for main attractions all easy walking distance. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

This morning Marky had Iberian brekky! I don't think he liked it all that much , but he certainly enjoyed the local 'good' red wine he had with it ! We then decided we'd see if we could find the Barcelona Cathedral which dates back to the 1200's. We spent quite a bit of time looking at all the alters dedicated to various saints. It was very …

And so we sat down and booked first cheap flight we could find and turned out Dublin to Barcelona was the destination! We landed into Barcelona el prat airport just after lunchtime and got the very easy to find blue shuttle bus right outside to take us the …

Would it be so terrible to simply run a pick through your hair and be out the door sooner? But, of course, Avril will never be out the door as soon as me. I say this not from pride, but from the learned experience of our differences. For me it doesn't really matter how neat our ...

... the time I spent here proved me completely wrong, but wrong nevertheless.

The first thing one notices, or at least should notice, are the Catalan flags hanging outside hotels, ours included, stores, and apartment buildings. I went for a run, only 45 minutes long, and gave up counting how many flags I saw after I counted thirty-five of them. It is both frightening and amazing to see the fervor the people of this city hold for their land. ...
