Then we asked a lady where to go then she said we couldn't drop them anywhere and they had to go back to the car!!!!!!     ... morning) at a rest stop. Not as glamorous as Walmart but whatcha gonna do? In Tennessee we stop at a Camping World where a saint of a man takes a look at our generator and discovers that a breaker has been thrown (sadly not what was ultimately wrong) but he throws the switch and presto! we have A/C!!! This made the ride home much more pleasant and from there we travelled uneventfully home! Funny enough, the 20somethings with us said they had a great time! Can't wait to do it all ...

    ... 5 day boat – which I really still want to do was also out of my price bracket so I got two flights – one from Panama to Fort Lauderdale and then another from Fort Lauderdale to Colombia for well under half the price of the boat and speaking from experience saved the additional 50 quid for a bus ride south in Colombia by simply flying over it.

    This also gave me a rather unexpected but not unwelcome little side trip to Miami where I would have Will Smith stuck ...
