Crete-the wine, the food, the hospitality and kitties! Crete is known for the cats-a pretty healthy bunch of semi-feral cats that are all over the island. Well the morning was overcast and there wasn't a sunrise but I was ready for it!

By 09:00 we were up, fed, checked out, and taxied down to the ferry in a bit of a harem scarem way. Those drivers were nuts!! Honking and speeding and .. Did I mention speeding?!! Today was a free day so the same crazy group that walked the hot road got together for breakfast and decided to hit the little shops and archeological museum.

Before the museum, we stopped back by the Lions Square and had the famous cream Bougatsa and a frappe!! Wow :)
