Back to HCMC day

A travel blog entry by mcnamaras

Given our early night last night we woke quite early and were at the Gym by 6.15am. The routine was as for yesterday with a visit to the pool, then breakfast and then the beach. It was much hotter today and required wearing thongs from the lounge bed down to the water.

It was overrun with tour groups, so we hid in the small room behind the main tower which acts as a museum and restoration ...

Needless to say we ended up having mud wars, much to the discontent of the 15 year old Russian girl with purple hair, fancy nails and lipstick who was sharing with us! (Incidentally, this family were next to us on the beach on day 1) We then had to have a power shower to wash off all the mud (harder than ...
