As I arrived in Nha Trang I was amazed by the beautiful beaches covered with white sand and by the modern buildings as we entered the central part of Vietnam. Towards the end of my time in Cambodia, I got an ear infection on an island with no doctors, acquired ibuprofen from the local drug dealer and headed for Phnom Penh in a lot of pain.
