... was probably the most humbling moment and put a lot of things in perspective for me. The most fun thing was the little kids at the Hector Peterson memorial. Least fun thing was witnessing the extreme poverty, which people still live in today in that community. Observation for business was our first encounter with the bargaining markets. ... young empowered black clientele is part of the mix. The cocktails are well mixed the food is refined. Two hours in and we already love this place despite Jozi's reputation for crime and grit. After a well needed shower I wandered off to Nelson Mandela square, and into the shopping plaza.

... tomatoes for lunch and the girls got seriously excited about ham toasters on the menu. It was getting dark so we tried to find somewhere to stay. Nothing, just lots of seriously expensive private game lodges. Then we had to go over a mountain pass in the dark. ... when we drove for about half a hour through dense fog, like u couldn't even see in front of u!!! As we got closer to Kruger Park the landscapes got more & more like a science from a movie....
