    ... transfers was actually a ferry ride across Bodensee, where we had just taken my parents the previous weekend. I would have to say it was one of the best trips back to Germany that we've had! It was such a treat getting to see the Alps all around Bodensee. After our ferry ride, we caught our last train, which brought us straight back to Ulm.

    Day 1.
    Left Brisbane at 14.30 Thursday 16th April, stopped over for about 4 hours in Singapore, leaving there about 1.30am on Friday Morning (3.30am our time), Next part of the journey was going to be a long flight, but thankfully we were flying Business Class in the A380, which had flat beds & extra large seats, so managed to get a few lots of a few hours sleep.
