... an ancient town still in fantastic condition and was really quite interesting. For about 15.00 euro we paid for entry and an audio guide. We planned to be there for some time, but you could imagine the state we were in...tired, short fused, hungry and generally not in the mood for wondering around in the heat! So we headed back to town by about lunchtime..

... and waited for the boat. Then we waited some more, and some more. By the time the boat was an hour late we had an announcement, only some of which we could hear but the gist was that there would be no boat today at all. So we queued to go back through customs and tried to figure out what to do next.

The last day we flew back to Istanbul and spent a night. We stayed at the Garden House Hotel that we can highly recommend. It is close to all the sights in the old town that you might want to visit. We had time to visit the Bazaar, the Blue Mosque and Haggai Sophia.
