Good Food, Good Wine and Paragliding
... building up speed before legs were pedalling in mid-air as the ground fell away below us. After circling the cliffs and building altitude, we drifted over the sand dunes and city, pulling some 360 turns as we headed out over the sea before turning and landing on the large beach stretching along the coastline of southern Iquique. Great fun and incredibly relaxing (despite Tom constantly worrying the parachute was going to collapse at any moment!).

... waiting for the next bus and it was mega boring. There wasn't even anything decent to eat. I had a ham and cheese bloody sandwich. My favourite. Aaaarrrgh!!! Also watched some dodgy soaps on telly. In one programme a guy got chained to a bed by a crazy lady then he managed to knock her out. He ended up running about with the head board. Quite entertaining. The Tur bus to Iquique was average. Not as good as the buses in Peru. No food which ...
