For my first dinner aboard Infinity I started with an appetizer of beef Thai spring roll, then had a Belgian endive arugula salad with white balsamic vinaigrette dressing. My main course selection was breaded haddock fillet with roasted potatoes and vegetables. For dessert, I ate guava sorbet. Everything was yummy.
