... former gave us some useful looking High Coast tourist maps and the latter enabled us to replenish our larder. We also found the local library in order to ascertain their wifi availability, they assured they had one so we opted to return to the boat, have lunch and then go back there to do some downloading. It was also raining by now so wandering about sightseeing wasn’t that attractive an option!

We had another goodish hop to do again today, either 28 miles or 48 miles, depending upon our eventual stopping point which would, in turn, depend upon how the day panned out ie the wind. It looked quite promising to start with, with a F3-4 NW wind, not brilliant but it was sailable for the initial phases.
