... relaxing and finally getting to the proper coast over the next few weeks.

The drive to Reno wasn’t great we continually got stuck in traffic and when we finally got moving I saw two cars crash at high speed on the other side of the road. They both careered into the reservation and a load of cars in front stopped to help, they both seemed ok but most importantly I was only a little shook up by it.

... we went to put our swimmers on, there were lots of adults in the pool but they weren't too happy to have children disturbing their quiet morning! There was also a spa which we had a go in and it was really hot and there was also a children's pool with lots of water spouts.

... in Winnemucca instead of driving into the hot, late afternoon sun. We weren't using the air conditioning to avoid putting a load on the engine. It was over 102 when we stopped for the night, and it took a couple of hours hooked up to electricity to cool the RV down.

We fueled up Wednesday morning and headed for Reno--about 3.5 hours. It was necessary to run the generator, but other than some missing now and then, the RV behaved itself. ...
