    Arrived around 5pm.
Reception was quick and informative. Our room is perfect for our needs and at $129/night probably the cheapest we could have found.
We can walk to he centre of town within 5mins.

... distance from the campers. They looked up a little bemused as I appeared from behind the van in my pink topped and candy striped pyjamas to take a photo.
What a glorious day, Ed went down to the river to fill three more containers of water for the washing, after setting up my laundry.
It is hot in the sun as the day is cloudless and still. After the first load was on the line I walked into the van and it was ...

... Nevertire today. Arrived before lunch and had a few beers. Went back to the van and went to put the fridge onto gas and it didn't work. Bugger,. So we have spent the day going from Nevertire back to Dubbo to get it fixed in the morning we hope. As it is we have already been through Dubbo on our way to Albert. Wish we knew about the fridge then. We've done a full ...

... I could borrow their car if I ever need since neither of them has a driver’s license. After a few shifts Kelvin showed me their house upstairs, telling me that if I ever need I could stay over, offered me beer and dinner, and watch TV with them. I never stayed over, because I always need to wake up early the next morning to feed the horses and I always go with Lindsey. Kelvin would tell me a lot of his past, about how he cared so much of Mandy’s daughter (Mandy had ...

... could enjoy it in the cooler parts of the day! The most impressive animal for us was the Siamang, which are related to the Gibbons. As a way to marking their territory and scaring off potential predators, the male makes a loud barking sound by puffing up its throat. The female then synchronises her call in between and covers her mouth to make it echo better. It was so impressive. On Sunday we drove ...

... RSL again for dinner and to see Jim Lang for a catch up. Then went home for the last night. Have a sneaking suspicion that the mattress that Dan and I have been sleeping on is slowly losing air but only one more night. And Ive been using Brods hawks pillow so he'll be glad to have that back ...
