My brother and I are driving there tomorrow. Yes, MEXICO. I obviously can't go longer than a few month without leaving the country. It's a road trip. Road trips are my absolute favorite kind of trips! Driving, camping and beachin'. I won't have internet, so I'll have to update when I'm back in Salt Lake next week.
This is the earliest in the season I've ever gone snowboarding. There was enough snow, so my dad and I went up to Brighton. Well, kinda enough snow. It's still important to watch out for rocks and little bushes everywhere. It was also a ...

Even though Steamboat was super fun and I got to see Boo for the first time since July, I was still psyched to get to Salt Lake because I had plans to visit with two friends from high school (eep). CC and LM moved out to Park City in early Sept to spend a season livin' the dream. Not only are they two of my favorite people from GA (where we ...
... my toes were tingling. Anyway, it was really nice to see Loren again. He really is a cool guy. I obviously first met him on my last trip here as I stayed with him and Maren, and we got on really well, so I consider him a good friend now. Anyway, since I was also hungry, on the way to their house Loren stopped off at Wendy's so I could get a burger. He paid for this as he said it was the least he could do for leaving me at the airport. He's such a nice guy.
That was it then for ...

The first time I ever left this country was a visit to Tijuana, Mexico, which is just across the border in Baja California. I remember kids begging for money, kids trying to sell things for money and bartering with people on the street for random souvenirs. The second time we went to Mexico we drove through Arizona down to San Carlos, Sonora. I was ...
... you couldn't see the trail. Lovenia Lake is on the other side of the notch. We couldn't find where the trail continued down to the lake. I think it was under the snow. By this point we were all pretty tired so we decided to call it a day and turn back. The trail continues on past several other lakes and eventually ends at Bald Mountain. I think next summer we'll have to start the trail from Bald Mountain and see what we missed.

Salt Lake City, Utah, United States motabchoir01... move on. So we did, 20 bucks richer. We drove for 7 hours, conveniently timing it to pick up Nate as he landed in SLC at midnight. We continued in a completely packed truck to the mountainous regions of Redstone, where we met our wonderful living accomodations for the film festival. Hello, accomodations, nice to meet you. Upon arrival, we promptly settled in to rest as much as we could before the busy day that followed, getting a renewing and wonderful 4 hours of sleep...
Park City, Utah, United States kcmfb626... becoming the ancestors of the American Indians. According to the scriptures which Joseph was translating, Christ himself had come to America before his ascension. His translation complete, Joseph had one further use of the golden plates. To assure skeptics that the plates did, indeed, exist, he showed them to several trusted witnesses, who signed statements affirming that they had beheld the plates. In preparation for viewing the plates, the chosen ...
