    ... from the Aava Hotel.

The bus arrived on time and the group set off to the park, it was a ten
minute bus to the park. As soon as we got there we were told to move up the
stairs to the top of this huge building. I was exhausted by the time I got to
the top. The staff told us that we are going to be taking a huge Zip line to
the new challenge course on the other side. ...

... However, after pushing Harrison for 5 mins we saw a sign saying whistler 4.5k! And about an hr later (whilst Harrison snoozed) n we walked up a fair few hills in 30degree heat whilst picking out our dream holiday home! we arrived in whistler Olympic village which was beautiful. It snowed the whole time we were in Vancouver which is relatively unheard of as last time I was there it rained cats n dogs and left me with the opinion it was like a mini England with nicer people. The trip back was hairy as it snowed the whole time and I had to drive. Got me some good experience now though I suppose. The snow has been great and we have been getting better by ...

Today we had a nice sleep in! The sun only gets up at about 8.30 here, so if you rely on the sun to get you up, it's late! We enjoyed having a kitchen here in our apartment to cook our own breakfast (including vegemite on toast!) We then walked down to the village to explore. The village is very pretty, and much larger than we expected, with 3 Starbucks! There are all the usual touristy shops, ski hire shops, and shops selling ski ...
