Today is the last day of the Conference and our last full day in Atlanta. Drive to Orlando tomorrow to join the cruise on the 11th. I left the hotel early and caught the shuttle bus to the Martin Luther King Jnr Historic site. It included the Ebeneza Baptist Church that his father and he were ministers. The church was the centre of his civil rights work. His wife, after his assassination, took over and continued his amazing work for peace ...

... t think the Americans eat at home, they just go to pubs and restaurants all the time! Left there and decided to catch the underground to a Mall that I heard was quite good shopping. The train was an experience.....a bit unnerving but all went well and I arrived at Lennox Mall! Another disappointment...all specialty, upmarket shops! Show me a KMart or Walmart! No, only expensive shops. Had a look around and ...

I tend to get cold on flights so they were my go to "flying" pants. they are comfortable and a bit stretchy without looking like sweat pants. They had a snap closure which is way better than a button, in ...

... buying lots of lovely things. After that I thought I'll take a walk to Mid Town, I do this every time. Set out on a massive walk at midday in the baking sun, the heat here is much more bare able than the other places I've been though. Its weird every where you go that isn't slam bang in the centre of a city, their are hardly any pedestrians - if it was London or England in general you would pass lots of walkers. Not here though, everyone drives. When I got off the bus this ...

... F. I'm not really sure why they did this, but Concourse F looks nothing like the rest of ATL. It almost seems out of place.

I rest here for a few hours, charging up devices and reading on the Kindle Fire, before deciding to go back exploring. It has gotten dark now and my flight is still about three hours away. I don't notice it in Concourse F since it's much smaller, but by the time I make my way back to Concourse A on the Plane Train, I realize ...
