Started early this morning with a scrambled egg and bacon (Steve had sausage) plus "grits". Must be an acquired taste for these, which I couldn't acquire. They seem to be like a porridge mix or sort of a Tobago? pudding. The lady at the C&B Bar & Grill said that they were Mahogany based. Still none the wiser. Later found out they are actually ground corn mixed with water. Staple food of the poorer people, mainly in the south. Back on the I-95 South and headed into Georgia. Passed ...

... in Deland, we loaded up the Grumman Tiger and headed northwest. The tailwinds we enjoyed coming south were now against us, and the trashy weather in north Florida meant filing IFR to get out of the state. Made it back to Bozeman after an overnight in Kearney, KS. When we taxied in at Kearney, the EAAs B-17 , "Aluminum Overcast" was sitting on the ramp to great ...

Had to wait a bit in the parking lot for the attendant to return so we could get our ticket.  We decided it was best to wait for a ticket, because if there had been towing going on, we would ...

Today we are playing golf at Royal Saint Augustine Golf Course. There are 10 of us - me, Charles, Bob, Bart, Charlie, Justin, Mike, Trey, Tricia and Jay who is Lorraine's cousins husband. Should be fun just hope it is not too hot.

We headed off to the course and Bart went one way and we went the other way. Uh Oh... Not good since Bart knows where the course is. We did the scenic drive through Old St. Augustine and even got behind a tour tram. We ...

... likely not see as we travel south. Resee graciously volunteered to drive to the site while Katie and Philip gabbed about making sausage and Katie's favorite topic - broccoli (I am beginning to hate that damn green veggie). Of course Mike needed his beauty sleep so he slept and Eric babbled on to Resee about how wonderful it is to work in Headquarters, until her eyes glazed over and her facial expressions said "SHUT UP ALREADY!" ...
