... walked down it with high heels. Her man had to hold her hands. It beyond me how some girls here walk in heels in uneven surfaces like the Great Wall.

We stayed in people's homes. The owners of the house I stayed at were not there.

For that evening, we saw the movie "Raise the Red Lantern." It was about how it was to live as a concubine. I would not recommend it since the plot was all over the place and the actors were robitic.

... Buddha carved into the wall while these caves were a group of big Buddhas. We walked around the caves for about 2 hours and then jumped on the buses to head back to the hotel.
