This one is a double-stepped fortified machee with the steps separated by a beautiful bastioned doorway. At the end of first step a hole cuts across the rock; one can sit on this hole (nedhe).
The final (lowest) step like Sanjeevani Machee is has a double curtain wall.
To the south side of this machee one can find a beautiful triangular bastion called Kaleswari buruz having an ...
... so happy and alive. again, it takes some conscious effort to laugh for 20 minutes, but it feels really good if you let it happen. anytime i run out of funny things to think of, i look around the room and laugh at the girl by the wall who's on her back and kicking her feet in the air. haha. the 2nd stage is 20 min of silence, and lastly, 20 min of dancing. again the dancing feels great, especially with all the positive energy in the room. as i ...

i'm psyched to find out there's a bollywood dance class that afternoon. finally! i thought i was gonna leave india without learning some moves! we dance outdoors and learn part of a choreographed dance. its super fun and we dance in pairs. the moves are really simple, and most of the flair comes through in your facial expressions. the dances are really playful, and most of bollywood dances revolve around a guy chasing after a ...
... when
we're stressed). after stirring these emotions, we let them out however
we feel like in the 2nd stage. some people yell at the tops of their
lungs, some cry, some scream, some laugh, others fall to the ground,
some are silent...basically you allow the release of anything and
everything that you carry with you that is built up inside. you don't
hold back and you don't worry about anyone else at this point. then we

... what emotions to convey about the situation... but it was not a "nice" experience.
Sunday was a nice day. I slept in late and didn't do too much... I'm not even sure exactly what I did do, other than I know I was in town because it was the first day of a Ganesh festival and all of these mini temporary temples had sprung up on the street and inside apartment complexes. ... There were about 4 temples on the site. A man from northern India insisted on me taking a picture with him, then with him mother, then with his wife, then with him mother and him and his wife, then........ I also went to an old Mughal palace that dates from about the 16th century. A very beautiful, peaceful spot with gardens at the center.
Pune, India hugoanddenis... may be able to stay through the 18th of march here, go to Thailand, and then Hawaii for a day or so and then go home. Maybe Christopher can come and maybe my friend Pete as well. I like the idea of having travel companions and I especially wanted Christopher to have an experience of seeing India. I separate in my mind the Lariam reaction (because that is what I believe it to be) and the experience of India. There is a lot to learn here, to see and to take in. Jan 4th
