Seat 16k is right on the wing. I have sat in on the way to Hong Kong and all the way home on Emirates. At night, when it's dark, it's no problem. During the day those massive wings obscure any glimpse of the ground. But what a comfortable ride it was again. Emirates served up a decent G&T, dinner and then I laid out flat and had a decent 3 hour kip til breakfast. On arriving at Dubai the connection ...

This day we planned to be very active and get out in nature. Hong Kong benefits from not only being a big city but it also is surrounded by nature and mountains. ... We soaked our feet in a lovely bucket of warm silky water and it felt really nice. After that my guy came out with some oil and a towel and started to do a foot massage. Annabel was laughing her head off because it tickled and we were telling her to stop. Even the masseurs were laughing. We had such a great time as we were making up funny girly laughs and then before we knew it, it was over. We felt really refreshed after our long day of walking. After dinner we caught a taxi home. ... to have a day off (sorry Mom and Dad). Sure, I definitely tried, and about 50% of the students put some effort into it. Some kids filled the same answer for everything--a seriously unfathomable happening in China, because here's the big difference: Chinese schools train their kids to memorize these types of exams. They will do them over and over--school days are 16 or so hours long. My students wake up at 6:30am, and get out of class at 10:30pm. No ...
