    A poor sleep but what the hell. Eventually the brekkie came along, a rather unlavish [but fresh] piece of banana cake. Had a java with milk for a mild pick me up.

    Into LHR a few miutes early. Guru, if Arup built the terminal, couldn't they put things closer together? God what a walk.
