A midday dock saw us at Nassau in the Bahamas. A new Island to us so we were on new territory. As we didn't dock until midday we had plenty of time to have a leisurely breakfast. Things are looking grim, still no steak and eggs and only tomorrow unless they change the menu for next week. The approach to the dock was particularly tricky, we entered a narrow opening and were then forced to do a 180 degrees about turn and then back in to the berth. An impressive manoeuvre with ...

Had a sleep then out to dinner at the Wind Star with Em, before a night out... The Brits... Great show sat right up ...

A lazy start with swim in beautiful clear waters - good job as later we saw sharks and rays nearby! A slow sail over to Staniel Cays, famous for the Thunderball blue hole in the James Bond film Thunderball! Obviously tonight Eric wants to watch it - one of his many Bond movies on board! So snorkelling tomorrow around it will be in order if ...

... and, although did not seem strong, clearly was there as we found out when we stood up and walked off :-) not drink from just one drink (hic ) but certainly a little tipsy :-) Not to worry, by the time we wandered through some of the shops, leaving empty handed from them all, and through the docks passed all the other cruise ships, we were back to normal :-)

Then it was time for New Year celebrations… normally we manage to stay awake in London to watch the ...
