... be so unorganised, chaotic and dirty. We had a tour guide who told us almost everything about the island; "this is the post office, this is the electrical office where you pay your electricity bills, this is the supermarket" etc. But I guess there really wasn't too much more to say. She explained the whole Dutch-French thing, and took us to some pretty lookouts. We had a one hour stop at the downtown shops on the french side. But it felt cheap and dirty, and smelt really bad. ...

Dinner at the Spiegel Tent and saw Circus de Solein Troupe.
The waiters were dress as birds,The show's costumes are animals fantasy.--frogs,caterpillars,etc.
Listen to a Black Band singing soul music in the Atrium.
Hang out at a lounge and hear Angel (from Mindanao) sing.The crowd like old ballads and other old songs.

The Stairs are located by the Fort Fincastle and the huge water tank.
The city is cherished with its history and few building still stand tall for over 200 years being renovated and used currently(hotels, law offices, prison turned to Police HQ, hospitals etc).
