... in the evening. The food was typical BBQ style beef, lamb & chicken no camel, all the wine and beer you would like (not good for the bladder when you have to tackle the dunes again). As the sun sets the dunes surrounding the venue illuminate. The lights were turned off to appreciate the stars. The overall rating we give this tour is 10/10. Worth doing when in Dubai. ... I had completely missed the bread and pastries section. There's the full English, pancakes and waffles and even eggs Benedict. No need to worry about lasting till evening meal.

The beach was calling us first, the sand here is so fine not a stone to be found in it. Luxury loungers for free and they even come round with cold wet flannels-and you definite kneed them in this heat.

... s aquarium and the water park. When we arrived, we arrived so early that our room wasn't yet ready, so we had a wander around and found the aquarium. It was just so well done. The tanks are just so simple, but they work so well with the fish that are in them, that they look incredible. And as a result of it beige Ramadan and their quiet time, the hotel was under a complete renovation so the private club lounge was not open so all the "complementary" stuff we were meant to be getting was now in the normal bar downstairs.
