We are leaving on Wednesday evening, September 24, 2014 , traveling to Detroit where we will stay the night and depart from DTW on Thursday at 12:15 PM on Delta Flight DL 2320. Woke up early and enjoyed the surf. It was so restful I headed back to bed for another sleep!

... and take the main highway south. got tied up in road works which held us up for over 40 minutes. The clouds were getting lower and lower and visibility was dropping so a scenic trip around the thumb of Michigan was off the plan. Followed the highway all the way to Port Huron.
