    ... sit back in the sand as soon as he got back to us. Some great surfing from Lewis which also resulted in a couple of "flick-flacks." We have discovered the need to be extraordinarily vigilant when applying sunscreen. I have a lovely red strip just above my shorts and a big patch up my side. Chelsea managed to avoid sunburn by staying wholly in the shade but the rest of us weren't so lucky.

    ... fried leaves in batter. They would have been brown but the batter had come off most of it so you were left with a crispy green leaf. Quite tasty actually so don't knock it til you have tried it.

    ... here the reflections were beyond description. Utterly awe inspiring. The Islands are small so when I get to each one, the mission is to walk the entire circumference. I did that on Gili Trawangan yesterday and Gili Meno today. Parts of the island are completely void of people. Maybe the odd walker here and there, but most people seem to stay on the beaten track.
