Summerview Singapore

I've found myself back in Singapore, and this time I have ventured outside the airport. Everything is so clean and efficient, Singapore is a very modern, rich and busy city. The underground has re-usable cards instead of tickets. You get half your fare back if you put the card back into one of the ticket machines. Well, after the hustle and bustle of last minute packing and a nice Red Rooster lunch at the airport, we waved goodbye and descended the escalator in grand anti-climactic style to the departure lounge. A visit to this "dot-in-a-map" country will truly impress any Filipino. A country with no natural resources to speak of , it has outdone its neighbors that are more blessed by nature's bounty. Talk about discipline...talk about good governance...no garbage, no flooded streets, no traffic...
