Today we arrived in the Greek Island of Corfu. It was quite rocky over night and when we arrived in Corfu it was rainy and overcast. Today's tour included the highlights of Corfu and wine tasting. We went to the monastery of the Virgin Mary first. I must admit there were a few times I said a few prayers when I could look out the bus straight down the cliff. I just hoped the driver had done this before as they don't leave any room for error. With the cooler weather by the beach this has meant mosquito overload. Fine for me, but Laura is getting mauled nightly.

... I mention I was driving on the right side of the road with the car's gears etc all back to front? Finally limped into Kerkira, wondering if the flat tyre would cost us, but the office was closed (first time I've ever been grateful for the lunch hour shut down!) so we posted the keys in the door and scampered! Well, they did say it was fully insured! Back at the terminal, we were also grateful for free wifi so sat there a bit - I ...

... and jumped up and the bloody thing flew over my head missing me by inches. Anyone who knows me well (stop laughing Sam and Josh) knows I have a phobia when it comes to pigeons. The young couple at the next table laughed their heads off and I said with embarrassment that I hated them, The girl said she did too. About 10 mins later another table of people got up to leave and left food on the table. All of a sudden about a dozen pigeons sqwarking their ...
