... it is at causing progress. Many cars have a rev(olution) counter to illustrate this, showing how many RPM (revs per minute) the engine is doing. Say the average RPM your car does once it's up and going is 2000. Say the average shopping trip is 5km, or 10 minutes from your driveway to the local Sultan Centre. That's 20,000 revolutions! Shortly after take off, I also made friends with 2 groups of people travelling also to Europe. One Aussie 21 year old guy from Geelong on his first overseas trip and two crazy older girls on one of their many trips!

I didn't have any set plans for after Lebanon due to the civil unrest in some of the countries in the region (Syria, Egypt, Lybia, etc.) - but as Egypt is all calm by now I booked a cheap flight to Alexandria and flew there on Sunday the 20th. Off to the next adventure!
