      ... and there were volunteers there doing some restorations.

      After this we drove to the top of South Mountain Park which is on the southern part of town and is a great overlook of the cities. It is a winding road that has cars, motorcycles and bikers. Since we were up early to start our day we returned to the motorhome.

      ... our stock of food. Both of us like to shop, so it's a friendly chore to get done. Seriously...

      Word we have received has it that spring has actually arrived back him in Helena. I check the daily weather and am not sure if I believe it. We won't be back for a few weeks, so I'd like some verification of when the temps get up into the eighties. Can it happen? You know it can... Will it happen? That is another question entirely.       ... to fit into the social scene at the Rv park. There is always something interesting happening and several clubs and groups to join. Unless you are a recluse, you don't get lonely there! The people are friendly and there is always something going on. We were grateful for the efforts of friends and family who worked hard to make us feel welcome.

      ... comforting to know that no matter what happens I'll have the means to create a warm shelter, clean drinking water, cooked food, and even some entertainment. As you can see from the pictures, we've thought way too much about what to bring. This list is to help anyone wanting to travel get some good ideas of how to be prepared, as well as for me too keep track of what I started with in the event of getting robbed, or just the inevitable loss/damage to things.
