No one else seems to be affected by this in the family - Lauren says its because I am a "ginger" (one with red hair so I am "unique" - there is that word again). I grabbed a small bag of chips from the cupboard, and noticed how they had expanded to a bubble. This explains why I feel the way I do - my insides are about to explode like this bag!

... America. Once again, really great to get out of the van and do some exercise, and really interesting landscape to explore ... and more cacti than you can poke a stick at. Literally. Pretty awesome. And we avoided coming across any snakes too, which i enjoyed :-) Only downside was the temperature, which was, and still is here in Phoenix, pretty stinking hot. I can't imagine what it must be like in the middle of summer here if this is mid autumn. ...
