David and I met a couple in the lift and they also hadn't been back to The Luxor for 10 years and they were just as surprised at the decay of the place. So sad. ... m., we arrived at the state-line at a little three casino town called Primm Valley, where we spend the night boondocking behind Whisky Pete's Hotel and Casino as well as having a lovely prime rib dinner in their restaurant. This morning, after a minor glitch, we drove through Las Vegas to the other side to a town called Henderson. There's a Thousand Trails here, and we'll be here for a number of days to see the local sites.
