... temples in Phuket and even heading to Cape Panwa for some beach fun!
After a short 15 minute drive from my hotel I arrived at Cape Panwa beach. It is so incredibly tranquil and would be the perfect place for a quite day at the beach with some fun swimming opportunities and great scenic views that create great photo opportunities. Its sand is rather rough and the water shallow but it's certainly ...

Got a nice big room with air conditioning, hot shower and [so far] functioning wifi for 450 baht a night. Better than what Lonely Planet was suggesting for the area...and what you would get if you went to their recommended places due to the Lonely Planet Effect (higher prices and reduced experience than what's in the book).
