... a few shops including the Emporium. We created a wish list and then proceeded on to lunch. It was the perfect time due to it still being a little early for lunch and had virtually no wait in line or to find a table. After lunch, this period became the heaviest rain of the day and of course while we were watching the Disney Christmas Parade. We were all decked out in ponchos but we stayed dry. ... for the ride was 4 hours!!!! We gave it a miss.... Right! Next stop....Springfield! This was a great area with all our favourites from The Simpsons. We went on the Simpsons ride, yet another visual simulation ride. These guys (Universal) are brilliant at these. You get movement, visual stimulation and in most rides patches of heat or water or both. We had some lunch here - Krusty Burger, The Ribwitch, Curly Fries and Duff Beer. ... I am a big Christmas fan but if you know me, you may know that I hate Jimmy Buffet, Beach Boys & Wipeout...can't stand that ****! So I'll take jingle bells over Margaritaville any day!
