... lunch we stopped at a cafe and had gozleme (pron. gertzlemee) and apple tea. Gozleme are a Turkish pancake made from a flour/water/salt/oil dough and rolled out thinly. They are then cooked on a heated plate which is sometimes electric and sometimes heated by coals. The pancakes are usually stuffed with feta cheese and herbs, or sometimes with meat or egg. Lots of locals and tourists around as it was a lovely sunny day. Heaps of cafés and restaurants. We walked around the water for a while and sat in the sun.

Antalya is a lovely city - very laid back and a nice vibe about it. The sun helps!

... The merchants in the middle east are very advanced in these areas, it goes way beyond my understanding. Usually wheat and barley is traded in this area there are not many exotic fruits, unless it is coming from the incoming merchants and traders. The Turkish people created water way systems for agriculture. Turkey is located near water, making it a great water trade route, as well as a a great way to harness water for plants and livestock. ...

Only thing missing was snow on the mountain tops but we are about 2 months to early. Apparently they snow on the mountains and people still swim in the ...
