... The drive was beyond "create a lane driving" it was just crazy, at times we were in the head on lane on the highway so he could pass everybody, we even fender bendered the van in front of us at a traffic light (this driver meant business, and stopping was not his favourite thing). Our best means to describe this journey is it is like being a pinball inside a pinball machine. It took 90 minutes to drive down to the South of Bali where we are staying ...

Also kids from Michigan and more kids Luka and his littler brother Oscar. Caleb had been waiting for the Italian ...

... coming at you from left, right and centre! But to be fair we arrived safely (and quickly) and fortunately our accommodation is away from the worst of the tourist traps.

Kirsty rang the bell at the guesthouse as the gate was locked, albeit the dog barking from the house next door announced our arrival better than any bell, a man came and let us in. After checking our name he took us up to our room, he wasn't interested in doing the whole registration thing, just saying ...

... s a lot more modern than when we were there last and retty efficient given the number of passengers going through.

First thing we did in the morning was ask the guy at reception to try Nengah's phone, we figurred it would be a conversation in Indonesian especially as he told us it was a really old number. We were stunned when Nengah answered and he was really happy to hear from us. He arranged to come out and see us that night at ...
