    ... the more apparent it was that Bangkok was going to be a struggle transport wise. There were noticeably more cars than anywhere else we had visited on the cruise. This of course means more traffic build up, more air pollution and so on. There were still bikes, thousands of them, but instead of weaving in and out of each other they had to contend with cars and lorries too.

    ... scorpion (I hate insects) so in less than a week I've done more and faced more than I have in years! I've attached the lovely picture of the scorpion experience. All I will say on the matter is it smelt like liquorice, was extremely crunchy and tasted of nothing in particular, Matty can't wait to eat another, me,well I'm not too sure, maybe after another bucket cocktail a fried grasshopper might be on the menu! Who knows what I will dare to do next, I just keep surprising myself. Speak soon ...

    ... the massive temple ruins and imagining what it must of been like here at the peak of its greatness. The worst: 1) Taxi drivers - always ask for a meter otherwise you're getting overcharged. 2) Full Moon - ok once, but never again.
