The ATM in Barra crashes worryingly and so we have to visit Melaque further up the beach. Its a little quiet and dilapidated and out of season but they have great street tacos. We try our first Michelada (beer with salt and juice - great for hangovers) and play Angry Birds on touchscreens on the back of the bus seats as we leave - very high tech!

12August. Docked at Manzanillo at 9am and were ashore by 9.30. The pier was almost in the town like it is in Auckland. Extremely hot and very humid day,I think it was the hottest ashore
visit we have had so far. Even 2 Coronas each did not even touch the sides when we finally came to rest at one of the many little pavement bars at about 1pm.
