... my first time! We then had lunch for free of course and headed off to the underground caves where we went river rafting. We sat on top of these floating rafts and swam through the caves with hand paddles giving our arms a good work out! Our last activity for the day was the river swim. We were given life jackets and swam freely through more underground caves and coming out the end to the bottom of a great big waterfall. ...

... this stage setup but it was abit of a stage show, some events or games, wet tee shirt comp, not really a time to mingle and get drunk. Then there was some a few songs to dance then the return home. The ride back was a lot louder and freer. ... most nights. We were a bit late to book on Megan's birthday as you had to do it in the morning, but as soon as we said the word birthday we had a reservation. They kept bringing tequila shots for us and other alcoholic beverages. It came to desert time and Megan ordered something off the menu but they carried out a big piece of cake and all the staff gathered around to sing happy birthday. We went to a Mexican show on our last night. We had a ...

... yes, but with a mellow undertone. Hmmm what did we want to do first? Get to the beach! Only a five minute walk away from our hostel, we finally got a taste of the Caribbean beach we had been craving. We also splurged and enjoyed our first piņa colada in the afternoon sun, followed by a quick nap until the rain woke us up.

There were only a few cars that drove on the roads, most of which were taxis. It is custom for ...
