      ... has been amazing recently so on a Sunday we took advantage of having a free day and went to the beach for a few hours. It seems the locals had the same idea because it was quite busy but fortunately we got there before all the loungers and parasols were hired out.       ... the head for my ignorance. Those Dutch girls don’t even drink and after a very interesting conversation in the candy isle about what to visit around the area I made two new friends who unfortunately leave the next day. The bakery part of this supermarket is just ridiculous; every possible pastry you can come up with or cannot even imagine is sold here for less than a $1. I am well equipped for my day with the Mayas.

      ... leg of 2 hours took about 4 so we arrived late with little enthusiasm for a night out in Cancun.

      Spent the next morning in America, or as close to it as youll get without going by going to the Mall America. Bought some new Jandels whilst the girls got their shoping fix. Deposited the old ones in the bin and for the first time in days could walk without blister induced pain. And as a bonus they have bottle openers on the sole, only in America...

      ... pool, we saw several guests floating lazily in the shade. Our beeper for our room went off before our food even came. And WOW, we're cerainly glad that we waited! Our room is gorgeous! By far the nicest room I've ever stayed in. And the view??? Amazing!
      We explored just a bit, then hit the beach. We are part of the Excellence Club, the upgraded package. So there are private areas on te beach as well as a private pool. ...
