So, except that we can have breakfast tomorrow, the tour is over. Despite feeling a bit lonely at first, I've really enjoyed it. We had a good group of people, and Virginie was a fantastic guide. The only bad thing is that this tour didn't have as much walking, so I'm likely to return five pounds heavier than when I left. Quelle horreur!

... with super curly hair rather than a blow-wave haha!! It got a little lost in translation but hey....no more regrowth at least :-)By this time it was pretty late, so we head straight out for tea. We then sat on the beach people watching for a bit and then decided to enjoy a quick drink before bed.Tomorrow we plan on going to Cannes and check out what it's got to offer.

... point of call with a big walk of the Cinque Terre planned for tomorrow. It's also really nice to know that Tamara is making her way to me tomorrow and is going to stay for a bit in Tuscany with me. It will be great to see her and share some of our travel so far, along with the company. ... This was soo much better seeing Nice this way rather than on a bus. He took us through back alleys and all around town. Awesome.
After our downtown tour, we hopped back on the bus and headed back to the hotel.
We had some wine left over in our room and took it outside. Nola and Stuart found us and we shared what little bit of wine we had left over. We then walked to find a place for dinner.
... nonetheless. The beach there was all rocks, which was very different for me, but the water was so blue and clear that it didn't matter what the "sand" was like. After relaxing for an hour or so, we headed back to the hotel to clean up and head out for dinner. We decided to go get some pizza and gnocchi (since it was invented in Nice)! It is a pasta that's filled with potato (I think?). Anyways, it was very good! We ate lots and had ...
