... other side of the hill top the views are of the luxury seaport of Nice. This too is amazing not only for the views of the harbour but for the vast number of luxury yachts of various sizes that populated it. General rule of thumb for the cost of these yachts are about 1 million euro per meter. The average length of the yachts is about 30 meters.
