... was in Wavehouse. Basically it's a giant water pump that sprays water fast that creates a barrel to surf in. A one hour pass on the Flow Barrel costs $40 per person, however a school group could hire it for a private session for $500($16 per person if there's 30 people). At first it was quite difficult to get the feel for water rushing under you without falling over but I quickly adjusted and got my balance.

... up for what felt like forever in the sun to see pandas, and all we could see was their butts, the tiger kept pacing so we couldn't get a photo, and the rhino was determined to go the opposite way to where I was ! The giraffe was licking the pee off another giraffe, the kangaroos must have recognised out accents cause they didn't wake up for us, lazy bloody Australians. And there were more koalas there than in Australian zoos. Mind you signs everywhere about them ...
