My walk around Puntarenas ranged farther than most of my shipmates would venture. I came upon the spot where local fishermen arrive to sell their catch. Most of them had long gone as I didn't arrive until mid-morning but a few were still cleaning their catch and tossing the scraps to waiting cats and pelicans who tussled with each other for a meal.
