A nice place to stay , close to airport and our car rental company that we used. very friendly staffs as on arrival we were greeted by a helpful porter who was keen to take the weight ... We were shown to our room which was located on the second floor . Very comfortable room with everthing we need in the room.

    Convenient airport hotel

A comfortable and convenient hotel very close to the airport. We were provided with a free shuttle service which was great even though it was probably close enought to walk from the airport.

The family room was comfortable, with a double and two single beds in the room.

Recommended for late arrivals and early departures as it is so convenient.

After a long flight, this was a comfy and nice place to stay. Food was good, and the hotel wasn't to expensive. Only a 5min walk from the airport too. Recommended

Arrived about 3.00pm to cloudy overcast skies. The temperature not too bad and our hotel looks a million bucks from the road. Trouble is they have built a beautiful new three stories at the front and the back, where we are is pure nineties. Threadbare carpets, work being done all around, sick paint and overall very tired. Having said that though …

Despite all my frantic wishing, the last day of our amazing and wonderful holiday has finally arrived. Boo, hoo, hoo😅 Today we had to do the long, 5 hour journey from Dunedin to Christchurch, returning the camper by 4pm and still try and see some things on the way. As you know we packed last night so this morning, with a massive effort, we …

So we arrive in Christchurch from Sydney and wow it is freezing, literally freezing at 0 degrees C. We spent our first night at the Sudima Hotel at the airport as we arrived at 11pm. So it was a night under multiple blankets, well for Kelly, to keep warm. The lovely Bonnie from Wilderness Motorhomes met us at our hotel the following morning and …

The flight across the Tasman Sea from Sydney to Christchurch went without incident. Clearing customs took a bit due to the 1am local skeleton crew working. Airport info helped me call the Sudima Hotel who came by with a shuttle. I was in bed just after 2am local time, very happy to be sleeping in a bed rather than an airplane seat. I woke this …

There are many scars still visible from the disastrous earthquakes. In the CBD there are still damages building, lots and lots of vacant lots and many deserted buildings.

Their is an opportunity for people to build and live right in the CBD.

I like how they used art as a quick solution to brighten up the place and the Re:Start …
