Part was thru the Indian reservation and had a dirt road for 4 miles through a citrus and pecan orchard and alfalfa fields. Then we followed a sign that pointed us to Needles 3 miles ahead and it lead us once again to the to Tonto National Forest. Steve fixed dinner, with an amazing steak on the bbq, sweet corn and sour dough bread. After dinner, Sherri and I introduced Steve to the game of Canasta, which he had not played since childhood. He is a quick learner and beat us both.
I will stay and relax with them on Sunday which gives me a chance to catch the Seahawks game. Looking forward to a kick back day with family.
