Once we left the harbor and were out on the bay we had gusts up to 35 mph accompanied by 3-4 foot waves. We quickly discovered we do not like 3-4 foot waves. They make the boat rock from side to side and cause cupboard doors to open up and belch forth their contents. It also makes for tricky walking.
