    While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement.     ... No sheet! I wish they had top sheets on beds. This must be a new trend...I was in Spain 2 years ago and don't remember the absence of top sheets.

    BEST HOTEL VIEW:
    1st Place: Tie: Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong....we were on the harbor and it was just an incredibly amazing skyline! And the Park Hyatt in Sydney...a different sort of view of the harbor...we were only a couple of floors up but the Opera House was close and we could see Harbour Bridge. ...

    ... and we can get this flight over and done with. Our hostess gave me two bottles of Merlot to help ease the pain of the ***** sitting behind me. On her second run she gave me her last bottle. The ladies sitting across from us sympathised, they were prepared and brought their own vodka in little bottles with them.     ... too close for comfort. They had to sprint Amazing Race-style to catch the not-so-frequent trip across the ocean. I thought about pulling some dramatic stalling techniques, but decided it would be more effective to let the attendants know the boys were fast on their way.
