    ... but I guess the water taxi was much more scenic. The first impression of a city is very important and the impression from a boat is much better than on a subway or bus. Our hotel was probably one of the better hotels in Boston. It was free with my marriot points and had amazing views of the city/harbor.     ... gone 6.30 and I hadn't really been out all day I decided to have a walk around Boston common and see the famous swan boats. I was taking a longer route to the common through a few different alleys when I came across Kings Chapel which had three claims to fame. 1.)it was the first permanently established Anglican Church in New England. 2.)it was the first Unitarian church in America. 3.)it is house to the oldest pulpit in continuous use in America.
