I'm sitting in the Charlotte airport on my 8 hour layover, drinking a cold beer and reflecting on the last 10 years. This trip is far and beyond anything I've ever done before, and it is really exciting. Especially since I still don't have half of it planned yet!

This race has 4 - 25 lap segments and then a 10 lap shootout. Denny Hamlin won the race winning a million dollars! I'm sorry to say this was one of the least exciting All Star Races I have ever watched. :(
Today was kind of another down day. Today was the day people took the tour to Biltmore, but since we decided to do it ourselves after this here we stayed. The day was very nice even though it was cold. High temp today was 45 and with the wind blowing, thank goodness the sun was shining.
